AIC Millworks Limited Warranty
AIC Millworks, LLC will promptly repair, furnish a replacement product or refund the purchase price thereof, at the option of AIC Millworks, not to include labor, shipping & handling, hardware, electrical or other accessories, for any product deemed to be defective in material and/or craftsmanship by our inspectors. The following are NOT considered defects in materials or craftsmanship: all defects resulting from mishandling and improper storage, installation or finishing.
Purchaser shall notify AIC Millworks of any defects in Builder's craftsmanship within ten (10) days of receipt of finished product. AIC Millworks shall inspect alleged defects within ten (10) business days of receipt of notice and either set a date for repair, replacement or refund of said defects or notify Purchaser that alleged defects are not the result of AIC Millworks' craftsmanship.
AIC Millworks' liability shall be limited to repair, replacement or refund as aforesaid and AIC Millworks, LLC shall not be liable for other damages or loss. AIC Millworks’ limited warranty will cover up to the sales price of the product in question. It does not cover damages resulting from the replacement of a substandard product. AIC Millworks reserves the right to validate any claim.
It is important that the customer follow our consignee shipping and receiving instructions for warranty to be valid.
