What Is My Order Status?

After checking the status of your order, you may be wondering what the status indicates.  Order status messages include:


    • Processing - We will begin processing your order within 24 hours. Order details may be edited by contacting our Support staff (support@aicmillworks.com).

 

    • Pending - We're processing your order right now. You may be able to edit your order details by contacting our Support staff immediately (support@aicmillworks.com).

 

    • In Progress - Your order has been prepared and, as a result, may no longer be modified.

 

    • Shipped - A partial order has shipped. Your carrier tracking number will be updated online within 24 hours.

 

    • Completed - All items have shipped and are on their way. Your carrier tracking number will be updated online within 24 hours.

 

    • Ready for Pickup - Your order is ready for pickup.  This option is currently only available for select items at our Tampa, FL location. Remember to bring the order number and a valid photo ID to pick up your items.
